How to rid your body of fiberglass and asbestos

INTRODUCTION

Because of the exposure of cleanup workers at the World Trade Center to fiberglass and asbestos, Blazing Tattles thought it was important to present information on how to rid your body of these. Fiberglass and asbestos actually will leave your vital organs on their own, naturally (if they are not already bound up in tumors) as long as you do not continue to expose yourself by eating contaminated food and living in a contaminated environment. Even if you are not a worker at the World Trade Center, you may be exposed to fiberglass and/or asbestos as a resident of the region because air does not stay in one place -- if often travels some distance and then dumps. It can actually dump hundreds -- and in some cases thousands -- of miles from its origin! Not only that, but if you have fiberglass insulation anywhere or have a hair or clothes dryer, it might have asbestos coming out of it. If you are not concerned about these things for yourself, you may want to pass this on to workers or residents in the WTC area. The danger of inhaling or ingesting fiberglass or asbestos is that it is imperceptible but acts in your body just as a sliver of cut glass acts on when you step on it with bare feet at the beach. It can cut its way through your tissues. We can get it in our stomachs by way of mucus we swallow -- and it is in the food we eat at times. I am going to speak of mostly of "asbestos." Most of what is said herein will also apply to fiberglass. At the end of the article are "food rules" and special cleanups for your house. Remember, the cure is avoiding more asbestos.

REMOVAL

Asbestos can be removed in days from your vital organs by avoiding asbestos contaminated foods and drinking lots of fluids. Food picks up asbestos from conveyor belts and asbestos may be on the skin of apples and plums. After stems and blossom ends are removed, and skin is washed, asbestos is gone. Sugar tests positive to asbestos and you can't wash sugar. Any sweetened foods are polluted with small amounts of asbestos. Also, asbestos is detected on pears, rolled oats, and rice. Some foods can be washed. Coffee is contaminated but can be cleared by filtering. Sugar can be made into a light syrup and filtered. Wash and peel fruits carefully. (See food rules below.) Even after asbestos is removed from the tissues . . . the cells are left with what remains: a large pile of useless, oxidized iron, the "ferric" form. (This is a consequence of white cells that "ate up" the asbestos being pierced . . . and letting out ferritin and the iron contained therein. Gigantic amounts of vitamin C will reduce and remove it. However, if asbestos is still present, the vitamin C won't work to clear out the bad form of iron, ferric iron. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) can help in just a few days (to reduce the ferric iron). Papain and bromelin are plant enzymes often used to aid digestion. They also dissolve sticky ferritin which can coat white blood cells (blocking their receptors to toxins), making the cells better at carrying away toxins. With the ferritin dissolved, the white cells can clear asbestos much more quickly. Hulda R. Clark, N.D., Ph.D., gives the following: 1 teaspoon papain two times a day in a beverage before meals. Bromelin may also be used but is less effective. When asbestos is bound in a tumors, its removal is more complex because asbestos is locked in them. One of Clark's recommendations is the following:

*A very tiny patch of low strength magnetic material (can be purchased at fabric, art, and hobby shops) and *A high strength magnet (can be purchased from BEFIT Enterprises, Ltd., P.O. Box 5034, Southampton, NY 11969, 800- 497-9516. I have no connection to this company.)

"The small patch should not be too strong (not over 100 gauss, which is the unit of measurement for magnetic field strength). It should be 1/2 inch wide and about 1 inch long. It should be placed lengthwise over the center-line that you can draw along your spine. The back of your neck is convenient. The North side of your patch is placed against your skin. Tape it down securely with cellophane tape. Patches as small as a few gauss need recharging by a high strength magnet after several days. Patches as high as 100 gauss might last a year before needing a charge. "The high strength magnet should be a ceramic block with a strength between 1000 and 4000 gauss. Keep it away from delicate instruments since they could be instantly ruined.

"Determine which is the North side of your magnets even if they come already labeled. This means the side that attracts the end of a compass needle pointing North. You must be certain of this; place the compass on a table; it will soon settle down and point northward. Identify the tip that points North. Now bring your magnet, slowly, toward the compass, with one side of your magnet facing the compass. Find which side of your magnet pulls the compass needle tip pointing northward. Label this side of your magnet North. The opposite side is South. (These instructions are using the `biological convention' in labeling.)

"The main purpose of the small magnet is to pull iron and lanthanides out of your tissues; this includes excess ferritin that coast your white blood cells. These two effects raise your immune power. Soon bacteria can be devoured again and the white blood cells fill up with asbestos, lanthanides and bacteria, evidence for their ability to devour them again.

"The high strength magnet has more purposes. It will stop DNA production by Clostridium (a very harmful bacteria) without disturbing your own. To achieve this you must sit on the N pole for 1/2 hours daily (not more) "Do not position the magnet over the heart. Do not use the high strength magnet if you have a pacemaker." (pp. 170-171, The Cure for All Advanced Cancers. For more instructions on draining tumors, see Pages 196-197.) Producing a lot of urine helps to get asbestos out of the body when it is part of a tumor dissolving program (loc. cited above).

FOOD RULES

Listed below are foods that do not contain asbestos as well as those that do. Some foods which have asbestos may still be eaten if they are soaked. Soak fruits and vegetables to remove asbestos in hot water for 1 minute. Let cool. Soak again in hot water for 1 minute. Do this for all fruits and vegetables listed below as containing asbestos, even those whose skins you remove. Sugars were all found to have asbestos, regardless of the kind of store purchased. Only an organic sugar from Paraguay was found free of asbestos. However, sucrose, locally produced honey, and maple syrup were free of asbestos. Among the fruits, honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon were safe. For others, peel or wash thoroughly and core widely. The list of foods to avoid completely is long if you are trying to avoid asbestos.

Fruits. Among the fruits, you cannot remove the asbestos from canned fruits so avoid. Also, you cannot wash off the asbestos on currants, raisins, and other dried fruits. Those that can be washed are: apples, kiwi, pears, peaches, avocado, bananas, plums, kumquats, and nectarines. Safe are cherries and most berries, fresh coconut, grapefruit, lemons, pomegranates, and pineapple. Grapes and strawberries are very moldy and probably should be avoided.

Grains. Buckwheat, kamut, oats, quinoa, millet, cornmeal, cream of what, grits, and rice have asbestos. Wash three times and drain to remove it. Sunflower seeds and wheat berries have asbestos and it too difficult to remove it, so avoid. Those found free of asbestos were breads, flaxseed, and white and bleached flours.

Vegetables. In general, canned vegetables have a lot of chemicals and they should be avoided. For other reasons, brown potatoes should be avoided and as well as mushrooms. Vegetables that contain asbestos are chilis, peppers, dried beans (triple wash), Cooking greens including beet tops, cauliflower, collards, cabbage, kale, Swiss chard, and green beans. Nuts in the shell can be eaten but remove brown skin. Red and white potatoes. Safe vegetables are artichokes, beets, corn in the husk if husk is unopened (cut away tip if exposed), Eggplant, cucumber, onions, garlic, leeks, peanut butter, and squashes.

Dairy. All dairy products including eggs were found to be free of asbestos.

Sweets and other foods. Those which are too difficult or impossible to get the asbestos out of include commercial honey, sweet baked goods, and sugars, including white, brown, confectioners, raw, and fructose. Use a double paper filter for coffee. Those found free of asbestos include flavoring (maple, vanilla, and lemon), maple syrup, local honey. Also free of asbestos are herbal tees, meat, fish, and fowl, olive and coconut oil, lard, pasta, spices, and salt.

Most food labeled "kosher" did not have asbestos. Shaving supplies tend to be contaminated. Best to switch to an electric shaver.

SPECIAL CLEANUP FOR FIBERGLASS

"Fiberglass insulation has microscopically small bits of glass that are free to blow into the air. When house drafts pull it into the air you will inhale them. They cut their way through your lungs and organs like millions of tiny knives, spreading through your body, since there is no way out for them. You smell nothing and feel nothing. This makes it a very sinister poison. Your body, though, recognizes these sharp, pointed bits and tries to stop their spreading by sequestering them in cysts.

"Most solid malignant tumors contain fiberglass or asbestos, another glass-like particle. In nearly all cases a hole can be found in the ceiling or walls, leading to fiberglass insulated parts of the house. When these holes are sealed in an air-tight manner the house air no longer is positive for fiberglass. Covering with paneling is not sufficient. Check your swelling for uncovered fiberglass. Repair immediately. Search for small screw holes intended for pictures, or electric outlet plates that are missing. "Also remove fiberglass jackets from water heater and fiberglass filter from furnaces. Replace with foam or carbon. Best of all, hire a crew to remove it all from your home, and replace insulation with blow-in shredded paper or other innocuous substitute. [Editor: There may be problems of mildew and mold however in insulation.] "Never build a new house using fiberglass for any purpose." (Page 447, The Cure for All Diseases)]

SPECIAL CLEANUP FOR ASBESTOS

"The biggest source of asbestos is not building materials! It is the clothes dryer belt and the hair dryer. To be safe, remove the belt from your fryer and check to see if it says "Made in USA" on the belt itself. If so, it is OK. If not, it is imported, and probably contains asbestos. Exchange it for a USA belt. (Testing done a few years ago show these to be safe: Maytag 3-12959 Poly-V belt, Whirlpool FSP 341241 Belt-Drum Dr. (replaces 660996), and Bando V-Belt A-65. Bando American makes other belts, some of which might be the right size for your dryer. Call for a dealer near you and make sure it says "Made in America" right on the belt. "Hair dryers, too, may be imported and shed asbestos. It is especially hazardous to be aiming a stream of hot asbestos right at your face! If you can't find a safe model, or are unsure, don't use any. If you have cancer or are ill, no one in the house should use an unsafe hair dryer. "Turn off radiators and electric heaters and cover them with big plastic garbage bags, or paint them, or remove them. They give off asbestos if the paint is old." (Pages 446-447, loc. cit.)

The main thing to keep in mind is that asbestos and fiberglass will leave your body if you don't stay exposed to it in your food and environment. If you have tumors, you might want to get the books by Hulda R. Clark called The Cure for All Cancers and The Cure for All Advanced Cancers. Otherwise, to get rid of fiberglass and asbestos from your body, just be careful what you eat, and do the house cleanups above.
