Armstrong Woods State Park:

Go about 2 miles north of house along a flat road, enter park, and climb the mountains by car, bicycle, horse, or foot. It is dead quiet up there and the air is crystal clean. They allow camping and picnics.

Misc Information:

From Owner's Handout:

The entire property is on sewer.

The well pumps 1,500 gal per hr - 25 gal per min. This water is used for the entire property.

The roof on the main house is metal and has a 50 year guarantee.

All lawns have automatic sprinklers. Roses are on a drip system. There is water and electricity through out the property.

There are 5 electric meters on the property:
1 - Main house
2 - Guest house
3 - Tower, Studio + water pump for hose
4 - Left Duplex
5 - Right Duplex

There is a 2 car garage.

There is a dumpster for garbage - pickup day Tuesday.

The goats are used for recycling the cutting from the garden.

From Cyndi's Notes:

Storage for everyone:

2 car garage inbetween main house and guest house. There is a standard garage door facing the driveway. There is also an enterence from the main house and another from the walkway inbetween the garage and guest house. This walkway is open on both sides so it is assessible from the driveway (front of house) and from the gardens (back of house, near water tower).

Large metal shed at back left of property, in the corner behind the studio and duplex areas. Huge walk-in area that could be storage or workshop space (or both).

Outdoor kitchen with roof and walk-in refridgerator to the far right of property towards the back.

Basement in main house. 17' x 27' = 459 sf. Accessible via stairs in main house. Smells pretty moldy so I'm not sure how useful it is.

Covered parking to left of water tower, at end of driveway. Currently used to store garden equipment, but still has room for a vechile. May be possible to drive through and get to the metal shed.

Compost area near goat pen.

Tons of space for people to put up their own storage sheds.
