To the rear is a duplex with a nice-sized living room, dinette, kitchen, pantry, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The view of the surrounding hills with their redwood trees is wonderful. To the right of the duplex is an additional garden with lawn, roses, hydrangeas, azaleas and other plants.
The duplex is all electric and each place has its own meter and water heater.

Lots of closets.
Left side apt: mild mold smell
Right side apt: stale smell, not really moldy
Maybe more sun on right side
Wheelchair ramp to houses.
