Go between the wonderful water tower and the guest house, and you'll see a hedge of lilacs, a lovely lawn area, and another area for a vegetable garden. Artichokes are already growing here.
The guest house located on the other side of the garage [from the main house] has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. New tile and wall-to-wall carpets make your guest feel special [Cyndi's note: carpets are not really new].
Both the water tower and studio have been updated (like guest house) and have new kitchens, bathrooms, tile and rugs.
The guest house has its own electric meter.
The main building has the main house with a second story, then a garage, then an outdoor throughway, then the guest unit.
You enter in the living room, behind it is an open kitchen, behind that is the bedroom with a huge closet. If you turn left in the bedroom and curve around, you reach the bathroom (which takes a chunk out of the kitchen).
Tile in bathroom and kitchen.
Carpet in living room and bedroom.
Wood walls in living room (plywood but older and likely not outgassing).
Built-in's throughout the house.
Full bath (tub and shower).
Bedroom: 10' x 13'
Kitchen: 10' x 8'
Dining/Living room: 10' x 15'
